7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All original reports, audits, documentation, strategies, and recommendations remain the intellectual property of SEO with Usman until payment is completed.

  • Clients retain ownership of their website, branding, and existing content.

  • Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for delivered work.

Our services may utilize third-party platforms including:

  • Google Search Console

  • Google Tag Manager

  • Microsoft Clarity

  • Ahrefs

  • SEMrush

  • Screaming Frog

  • Moz

  • WordPress plugins

  • Other SEO and marketing tools

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or data accuracy provided by third-party services.
